We have several rooms all over Eindhoven close to the TUE and Fontys in newly furnished houses. All our rooms are legally licensed to rent which is important for your registration in the city hall and for all your incometax, banking, social security etc. Each of these houses have 5 clean, tidy and hygienic rooms. The location is perfect: it is normally 10-15minutes drive/cycling to Eindhoven Center, Fontys and TU/E. The rooms are 12 Sq meters to 18 Sq meters and are fully furnished with bed, table, chair, bookshelf,wardrobe ,lamp etc. Kitchen is generally stocked with all necessary cooking vessels/plates/glasses, dish washer, microwave, fridge, washing machine and wireless internet. Toilets and bath are shared with other inmates. Weekly house cleaning service is also provided in most cases. There is open terrace at the back for a nice evening drink. Enough garage space to store your bikes.THe houses have free parking spaces for your cars. The house is provided with washing machine and a drier for your laundry. In one of our facility we have a private fitness facility free for the guests to use. The rent all inclusive (with water/gas/electricity and weekly cleaning) is Euro 400-550 per month. The rooms will be available from 1st Jan 2012 . We have a few rooms/studios suitable for a couple or two people. We welcome tenants who are mature and tidy, who can keep the room clean and live in peace and respect the privacy of other inmates and neighbours. (Please note that the situations in each house is diferent and can have some things different than stated above.) We make sure these rooms are of good quality and all things are kept ready and house cleaned before you arrive.We can also provide you meet and greet service and pick you up at the airport or railway station and bring you to the room. We hand over the keys and give you a brief tour of the area where the shopping is located , where the bus stops/station is and where your University or employer is located etc so that you can get on with your work/study immediately.
