Temporary room (from 1st of july 2012), furnished, for quiet person. The place is near UMCG, City Center and Zernike. Laundry is nearby. Internet costs additionally € 10 per month.
Nice room in nice surrounding with parcs. Everything is available, nothing to bring but your clothes and books, so to say, so really for people who temporarily need a furnished room for stage, internship, exchange, phd, etc.
In the house are three rooms rented to (mostly foreign) students. Owner lives there also but has own kitchen and bathroom. Because of a little practice at home only quiet people who are also willing to keep the place in order, and who have in general a normal day rhytm. (meaning in general not coming home late in the night after partying). Only for real non-smokers.
