Dit studentenhuis voorziet in alle behoeften van de hedendaagse student: moderne en goed onderhouden gemeubelde studio’s en kamers, kabeltelevisie, high speed internet connection, was- en droogfaciliteiten, overdekte en afgesloten fietsenstalling, een afgesloten autoparking, … Ook is er wekelijks een poetsploeg voorzien voor het onderhoud van de gangen en van de gemeenschappelijke toiletten en douches van de kamers. Een aantal studio's zijn ook geschikt om met 2 personen te huren, voor Erasmus studenten en andere Buitenlandse studenten bieden wij de mogelijkheid om de studio's op korte termijn te huren. Het pand is gelegen aan de achterzijde van de kerk van Smeermaas, langs het kanaal. De afstand tot het Vrijthof (centrum) van Maastricht bedraagt 4 km, de afstand tot de universiteit van Maastricht 4,9 km en de afstand tot de Hogeschool Zuyd bedraagt 3,5 km. De startdatum van het contract en de opzegtermijn zijn in overleg (na het vinden van een persoon die de kamer/studio overneemt). Also, weekly the common spaces as the hall ways and the toilets and showers of the rooms are cleaned. Some studios are suitable for 2 people to rent, for Erasmus students and other foreign students we offer the opportunity for the studio's short-term rental. The house is lying on the backside of the church of Smeermaas, next to the canal. The distance to the Vrijthof (ventre) of Maastricht is 4 km, the distance to the university is 4, 9 km and the distance to the Hogeschool Zuyd is 3, 5 km. The start date and term of notice are by mutual agreement (after finding a person that takes over the room/studio).
