Per 1 August I have available a bedroom in my appartement. The room is 10m2 and is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chests, laminaatfloor). Rent 325 euro per month including all facilities. The room is located in a appartement of in total 3 rooms (2 sleepingrooms and a livingroom. The total square of the appartement is 90 m2. The appartement has also a seperated kitchen, bathroom (shower and bath) and balcony. In the appartement there is WIFI, digital television (90 channels), washmachine, wasdry machine and a dishwasher and finally 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. The other bedroom (Master bedroom) is already being rented for the period half August 2012 till end January 2013 by two Chinese girls, who will do a Master program at Erasmus University. The furniture in the room is in general from IKEA. I live in the appartement together with 2 (international) students both from Spain, one male and one female. One of them will leave in June, the other will leave per August. So, that is why I can offer the room again for rent. The appartement is located near "Leuvehaven", with a metrostop (Leuvehaven) and a stop for 5 (!) tramlines (tram 7, 8, 20, 23 and 25). Distance to center is 500 metres and for example to Erasmus University is around 3,5 km. Nearby the appartement there are a supermarket (Albert Heijn), restaurants, pharmacy etc. The appartement is situated nearby the beautiful Erasmus bridge, the Euromast and the historical "Scheepvaartkwartier" (not destroyed in 1940). The appartementbuilding has a storage for lugages and bikes. It's also equiped with 2 elevators. I don't ask a deposit. I just look for someone who is responsible, clean, organized etc. Registration by municipality is not a problem. I look forward to your reactions.Please send serious reactions. The rooms in my appartement are popular. Since begin 2011 (when I started with renting) the rooms are all the time rented by (international) students (female and male) and from Belgium, France, Bulgaria, Aruba and Spain.
