I'm actually renting the whole place for 575. it's located in rdam west, 5 minutes by tram/bicycle from the central station.
there is a living room, very nice couch to chill on, a washing machine, balcony, small dish washer, internet, etc
another option is to just rent a room for 400 including internet/tv/gas etc, but then you'll have to share. the room is about 3x4m with large windows.
